Charleston SC Area Homes for Sale

Buyer Services

If you are in the market to purchase a home, let us help you find the perfect one.  I (Brent) am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).  As such, I have a better understanding of your needs as a buyer.  We can handle all of the details involved with the purchase of your home and will go above and beyond to make sure your move is a smooth transition.   We will handle all of the paperwork, inspections, CL-100's, and everything else.  Having to take a lot of time off of work to handle these things is unnecessary and costs you money.  Using us as your buyer representative's remedies those things.......and it is FREE to you!

My husband works about 70 hours a week as a pharmacist.  Finding the right home had been a 2 year nightmare.
I stumbled onto ThoseIngrams.com and decided to give them a call.  Within two days they found six different
homes that matched what we wanted perfectly.  By the weekend we decided on the home we wanted and were able to
solidify a contract despite having two competing buyers (who offered more money) and not being able to view the homes until the late evenings.

Brent and Chastity went out of their way to meet our needs and be availble for us.  I had spoken to other agents that refused to show property after 5:00
and even had one Very Prominant woman tell us she does not work on the weekends.
We are glad that those agents were difficult.  Things work our for a reason and Those Ingrams are in
a class by themselves.

Thank You,
Karen C.

Looking for a home without a realtor, particularly an ABR, is really putting yourself at a disadvantage.  We have access to new homes as they hit the market, often prior to being found on the Internet.  We have access to all of a properties competitors and the histories of what these properties have sold for.  We may also be privvy to additional agent information that you would not be aware of:  Are the sellers making two mortgage payments?  Is there a job transfer?  Does the home need major repairs?  Has the home been sitting on the market forever?  You will benefit from all of our skill and knowledge when you work with us.

This service is a courtesy and is absolutely FREE to you.  Any commissions that we make would come out of the transaction from the listing agent, not you.  Those same commissions would be paid out regardless of whether you had an agent or not.  We just make sure you are protected and have full representation.
